Who We Serve
At ISH Solutions, we provide structured shared housing for adults who need a safe, stable place to live — without the barriers or red tape of traditional programs. We serve individuals who are unhoused or at risk of losing housing, are on a fixed income, transitioning from hospitalization, re-entry, or other temporary settings, living with a mental health diagnosis and ready for independent shared living, and value dignity, stability, and community — and are willing to respect shared space.
What’s Included
Every ISH Solutions home is set up for simplicity, safety, and stability. All residents have access to a private or shared fully furnished room, free Wi-Fi, all utilities included, shared kitchen, living room, and laundry access, 24/7 video surveillance in shared areas, clear house rules and light-touch structure, and occasional on-site or off-site check-ins, based on household needs.
Private or Shared Fully Furnished Room
Each resident at ISH Solutions is provided with a private or shared room that is fully furnished. This means you don’t have to worry about the hassle and expense of finding furniture. The rooms are designed to be comfortable and inviting, providing you with a personal space where you can relax and feel at home.
Free Wi-Fi
In today’s connected world, access to the internet is essential. That’s why we provide free Wi-Fi for all our residents. Whether you need to search for a job, stay in touch with loved ones, or simply relax with some online entertainment, our reliable internet connection has you covered.
All Utilities Included
Managing and paying for utilities can be a complex and stressful process, especially for those already dealing with challenging circumstances. At ISH Solutions, we take care of all utilities. This means you don’t have to worry about any additional bills – everything is included in your housing.
Shared Kitchen, Living Room, and Laundry Access
Our homes are not just places to sleep – they are places to live. We provide shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and laundry facilities. These shared spaces are designed to promote a sense of community and cooperation among residents.
